1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kodlada ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kodlada is an AI-powered component database and builder that allows users to browse, generate, and share UI components. The Service includes a code playground, AI generation features, and a community library.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By publishing content publicly, you grant Kodlada a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Service. Private content remains visible only to you.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload malicious code or content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

6. Credits and Payments

AI generation features require credits. Credit costs vary based on complexity:

Base generation: 10 credits
Responsive design: +2 credits
Database integration: +5 credits
Extra variations: +3 credits each

Credits never expire. Subscription plans and credit purchases are handled through Stripe and subject to their terms of service.

7. Refund Policy

Credit Packs: Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once credits have been used, they cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your credits and benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions: We may provide refunds in cases of technical errors that prevented service delivery, duplicate charges, or other circumstances at our discretion. To request a refund, contact support@kodlada.com

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kodlada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
